 Conditon 1:If what you receive is not what you ordered ,of low quality ,damaged:


You can make a video or take photos of what you received and contact our customer service,

We would like to issue a partial /full refund dependingly.


Condition 2:If product matches what you ordered and are is in good condition:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and exporting or importing taxes to China.






Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You can cancel  your order any time and get a refund before the order ships out.

General Shipping Policies

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, we aim to ship within 24 hours of the next business day. With that said, there are times when there are delays in shipping orders. The most common instances of this are:

Shipping Children's electric Bikes that require extra time to prepare for shipping

Products not in stock: this includes any Product that is marked as ‘Ship When In,’ ‘Back Ordered’ or ‘Special Order’ are not in stock. We will contact you within a business day to let you know if/when we will be able to fulfill your order

Although we do stock as many products as possible in Web Inventory, there are certain items (especially items marked as Closeout) that are only stocked at our stores. These items are always available for order online and in most instances we will still ship within our specified time frame. If there will be an additional delay, we will notify you within a business day, and work with you to make sure we fulfill your order in a timely manner

In any instance when we cannot ship within our specified time frame we will notify you within a business day providing an estimated shipping date along with alternative options as they are available.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment we send receives full tracking information so you can follow the shipment status of your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Being honest and upfront about shipping is important to us. Many products qualify for Free Shipping but some do not. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, you can choose whichever UPS service fits your needs. Before you finalize your order, you will have the ability to select the specific UPS Shipping Service and the site will show you accurate shipping costs for each method.

Products that qualify for Free Shipping are marked with a ‘Free Shipping’ tag on both the search page as well as the product page. For items that qualify for Free Shipping, we will use the most cost effective shipping method for that specific item. That includes (but is not limited to):

Shipping Damage & Lost Shipment Information:

At 39TOYS.COM, we do our best to package every order so it arrives to you in great condition, but occasionally items are damaged or lost during shipping. This page provides important information on what to do in the event of shipping damage or lost shipment.

Shipping Damage

Please fill out the Shipping Damage form below with as much detail as possible.

You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery for us to be able to file a claim with our carriers

You must retain all packaging materials and as much as possible, keep the item in the condition it was delivered to you

We will respond to all Damaged/Lost Shipping Claims within 2 business days and will work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item.
